Akwesasne buffet overpriced

Akwesasne buffet We recently had dinner on a Saturday night at the Akwesasne buffet at the casino. We really like the buffet and the food value is usually pretty good. The quality of the food was excellent and the service is also very good. However this time we found that for the price that we paid, and the expectation of more seafood Friday or Saturday night we found that the seafood was not as plentiful as expected.

We were not concerned about the quality of the food, the content of the food, or the assortment, it was all great. We just felt that for $19.95 per person for a buffet on Saturday night with the expectation that there would be more seafood, it was a little bit overpriced.

The prices for the buffet are as follows & listed. On Mondays and Wednesdays, it is considered seniors day and the price for the buffet for those people over 55 is 50% of the cost. That’s a pretty good deal in our minds. In addition, you can use your points that you accumulate on your winner’s club card to pay for all of your meals which makes it even a better deal.

Akwesasne buffet Prices

Here are the prices for the buffet:

  • Monday to Friday lunches $10.95
  • Sunday to Thursday dinner is $17.95
  • Friday and Saturday dinner is $19.95
  • Saturday and Sunday brunch is $12.95

For any of our readers going to the Rideau Carlton racetrack Casino, the Alwesasene buffet is far superior then the buffet at the Rideau Carleton. Even if you have to pay a little bit more it is well worth the price. The buffet at the Rideau Carlton racetrack is sloppy, messy, and crowded. The food is not great.
