The Aladdin Hotel and Casino unfortunately went bankrupt and has been taken over by Planet Holywood. We have not had a chance to personally review the new hotel in it's new form. The followling comments refer to the Alladin pre bankruptcy.

Planet Holywood is located in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip across the Street from the Bellagio hotel and beside the Paris hotel. The Planet Holywood hotel and Casino was originally on the property were the Bellagio sits today. It was imploded in 1998 and rebuilt at the new location not long after that. The theme is the "Arabian Nights" and the entire hotel is designed and modelled after this theme. Patrons can dine in any of the over 20 restaurants or coffee shops in the Aladdin Hotel and Casino, the casino or the desert passageway. The casino boasts over 80 table games and over 2800 slot machines along with a sports book.

There are two 4500 square foot pools, health club, spa and over 150 shops at the Aladdin Hotel and Casino. There is a wedding chapel, free parking garage and over 70,000 square feet of convention space. Each room is equipped with access to high speed Internet; there is a shuttle service to the airport from the Aladdin Hotel and Casino.
