During the call with the Aquarius hotel employee, who was actually a casino host member, an offer was made to us. They actually offered us a 3 night free stay at the hotel. We are to personally call her to make the reservation the next time we plan to visit the Aquarius.
When we left the survey comments without any expectations. This was a really great response and the hotel has gained our continued loyalty. We will visit Laughlin Nevada again and definitely will stay at the Aquarius hotel again.

I made our reservations at the Aquarius Hotel for three rooms, three nights, three weeks in advance. All but one were king, and all non-smoking. Upon arrival at 2;15pm I was informed that all rooms were two beds, and unless we would take smoking rooms, there would be nothing available.
Not a good situation when you have fourteen people driving in from SoCal and Phoenix. All in our group found seventy-five percent of the personnel at the front desk less than friendly. Can't get a down elevator between 9;30 & 11:15 am.
Ventilation in casino is terrible. Made reservations at the Outback Steak House for twelve people to celebrate five birth days and were told that they had no record of said reservation. The first suggestion from the management was to
sit at two separate tables. NOT acceptable. After a considerable time, enough diners had finished in an area and we were seated.
Not considering a return visit!!
